"Elela-Care was born out of conviction; the conviction that even in fragile and conflict-affected contexts, humanity must remain at the centre of our intentional action."
Looking ahead to 2026-2028, we will consolidate our institutional systems, invest in digital transformation, and strengthen governance and accountability mechanisms.
Most importantly, we will continue to position young people not merely as beneficiaries, but as leaders, innovators, and drivers of change.
